I ordered a few desserts for the weekend and overall the delivery was okay. The box arrived in decent shape and nothing was smashed, so that was a relief. One of the pots had shifted around and had some cream on the lid, which wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make me wonder a bit about how carefully they’re packed. It also showed up a little later than the time I was given, so I’m taking off a star for that. The desserts still tasted good, though I’m not 100% sure the quality is always consistent. I’d probably order again, but maybe not for anything too important

Ordered from Little Dessert Shop the delivery was way quicker than I expected. I thought I’d be waiting around for a bit, but it showed up in no time and everything was still fresh and packed properly.

I ordered from Little Dessert Shop and expected to be waiting ages since it was a busy night, but it turned up much quicker than I thought. To me, that made the whole experience feel a lot better because the desserts still looked nicely presented and tasted fresh, not like they’d been sitting around. I was really happy with it overall and would definitely order again.

It was such a cosy place, honestly... I felt relaxed pretty much as soon as I got there. Just a nice, easy atmosphere, you know?

I ordered a few desserts i felt like the prices were fair for what you get. The portions were decent too, and everything tasted really nice.. definitely not the cheapest place ever, but compared to a few others I’ve tried, it felt like good value

I wasn’t a fan. The cake was dry, and the sauce had this weird taste that just didn’t work for me. Desserts like this always seem to look better than they actually taste.

Ordered for my daughter who has a nut allergy, and I called just to double check everything. Umm, the staff actually seemed like they knew what they were talking about, which was really reassuring. They labelled the box clearly and kept it separate too. felt a lot safer than most dessert places. Really happy with it and I’ll definitely order again.

Popped in with a friend and, uh, the staff were really nice and easy to chat with. The service was a bit slow, but they stayed friendly the whole time, so I didn’t mind too much. I’d go back.

This was frustrating. I ordered from Little Dessert Shop for a small birthday treat, and the delivery turned up late with one of the items missing, which kind of ruined the whole idea of it. I get that mistakes happen, but it was still really annoying at the time. I contacted them, and it took longer than I’d have liked to get a proper response, but they did eventually apologise and refund the missing item. Not exactly a great experience, but at least they sorted it in the end.

I had a small issue with my order and didn’t expect much when I messaged them. But they replied quickly and were genuinely nice about it, which already felt better than some other places I’ve dealt with. There was no awkward back and forth or making me feel like I was being a hassle. They sorted it out fast and kept me updated the whole time. Customer service like that is rare these days, compared to... well, you know. I’d definitely order from them again

We ordered some desserts to take away, credit where it’s due, the packaging was really well done. Nothing leaked, nothing got squashed or messy, and the cakes still looked when we got home. I know packaging isn’t the most exciting thing to mention, but it really does make a difference when you’re taking desserts home.

The cake was alright overall. It tasted fresh enough in some parts, though a couple of bites seemed just a little on the stale side. Not a bad experience, but I probably wouldn’t call it amazing.

Stopped in for waffles the place looked really clean. The tables weren’t sticky or anything, staff were wiping things down, and the dessert area was nice and tidy. Just felt good eating there, you know? No complaints from me

I ordered a few desserts and drinks as a little treat for everyone, and I’m still not totally sure what happened with the timing of it all, I thought everything was sorted, then when it arrived, two items were mixed up and one topping was missing. The food we did get tasted fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it was annoying having to figure out who was supposed to get what. The whole thing just felt a bit messy. I might try them again at some point, but I’m definitely not in a rush.

I ordered a birthday cake along with a few extra treats for a celebration, it turned out really well. There was loads of choice, which made it easy to find something that suited everyone, and the cake went down a treat. Everyone seemed happy with what we picked, and it made the birthday feel that bit more special

The dessert menu had so many options that it took me forever to decide. I mean, it’s nice having choices, but it got a bit overwhelming after a while lol.

The portions were seriously huge!!! I was really happy with it, no complaints at all!!! Definitely felt like I got my money’s worth!!!
